For 32 years, I dedicated my life to serving others as a band director, navigating a demanding and hectic schedule that often put my own health last. Eventually, I made the decision to put myself first—for the first time in my life—and that choice led to drastic, life-changing improvements in every area of my well-being. Today, I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), driven by a passion to help others experience the same transformation. My mission is to help you become the best version of yourself possible. I don’t just hand you a plan—I walk alongside you every step of the way.
